Once you have registered you may update and edit your profile any time you wish. To change your profile simply click on the "User-CP" link towards the upper left part of your browser window and just to the right of your forum username. This will take you into the User Control Panel where you can edit and update your profile.
This user control panel also gives you access to your forum email, and allows you to add /change your Avatar. An Avatar is an image that is displayed along with your forum username on all threads you post and /or replies you make.
After clicking and entering the User-CP, click on the "Edit Profile" option on the left side panel of your window, under the header "Your Profile". Fill out the form, then click "Update Profile"
Then click on "Change Avatar" so you can either pick from one of the default Avatars, or upload one of your own. The screens pretty much walk you through what you need to do as long as you read them. Browse lets you find one of your own Avatars that you on your computer so you can use that with our forum. Pay attention to the size limitations on the avatar. You may have to modify to comply with our settings. Once you have your Avatar, just click on the "Change Avatar" button and your new avatar will shortly be displayed.
Next, change your signature. A signature is not required, but most forum users have a signature. A signature can be anything from a nickname and email address, to your favorite quote. A lot of forum users set their signature to give a brief summary of their vehicle modifications. If you change your signature, also click on the radio button option to "Enable" it, then just click on "Update Signature" and it will immediately go in to affect.
Again, you may edit and change your profile as often as you like. If you run into problems or have questions either send us an email or post a thread in the Help forum.
